*Job Description / Responsibility:
- To prepare material and cost estimation.
- Coordination with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
- To ensure high standard & quality of works independently.
- To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
- To ensure construction of works as per design & specification.
- An understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
- Prepare engineering analysis of projects includes preliminary design, calculation, and life cycle cost and equipment selection.
- Prepare technical construction specifications, BOQ and as built drawings.
- Supervise the construction sites and program monitoring.
- Perform all civil engineering works related with the implementation of projects.
- Assist electro-mechanical engineering teams.
- Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

*Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc/ Diploma (Civil Engineering) in any reputed university in Bangladesh or any country.
- Must have knowledge of how to do interior work (residential/ corporate).
*Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Project Management, Factory/Plant/Facility Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
*Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 27 to 30 year(s)

- Ability to work independently.
- Experienced persons will be given preference.
- Efficient to monitor all types of project construction related activities.

*Salary Range: Tk. 12000 – 15000
