- First, check your Available Balance and Current Balance. Sometimes the user doesn’t get SMS while their Payment adds on the Current Balance which isn’t available to use. If you are using DBBL NexusPay, you can check the Balance using this App. Internet Banking (iBanking) user can also check the Balance.
- If you don’t have NexusPay or iBanking, You can Call to DBBL Call Center 16216 to know your Balance. Call Center Executive will ask some information like Phone Number, Birth Date, Father’s Name or Mother’s Name. Note: You can also Call DBBL Call Center by Minute Balance.
- If you didn’t get Payment yet, Now Call to DBBL Remittance Department Number. The Number is +88029830059.
- After Calling, General Desk will receive your Call. Ask them to provide the call to the Remittance Department.
- They will transfer your call
- Now, the Remittance Department will ask your A/C Number & Exact Amount
- Inform them your DBBL Account Number & Amount in USD which Google Adsense sent yours on 21st of this month.
They will check and verify your Information. After that, your Account will be credited very soon. Remember that, the amount will be added to your Current Balance instantly. The Balance will available soon while Bank will refresh their system. You will receive Balance Credited Message once it will be available to use.
