Terms and conditions
- To activate above packs, send the SMS code to 5000 or dial *5000# to activate your desired pack.
- Dial *567# to check internet balance.
- Customers within 3G coverage will enjoy up to 1Mbps (2Mbps speed applicable for 20GB pack) speed for all packs.
- Customers not within 3G coverage will enjoy the maximum available 2G speeds.
- Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset used, website visited and distance from BTS etc.
- Extra usage fee of BDT 0.01/10KB applicable for volume based packs up to 200MB after which pack will get discontinued. For 4MB pack, extra usage fee limit is only 20MB after which packs will get deactivated.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applicable for Heavy Browsing pack.
- For 20GB pack, the pack will be deactivated after the exhaustion of the allotted volume.
- All of the packs mentioned above are applicable for Prepaid and Postpaid customers of Grameenphone.
- Auto Renewal feature applicable for the above packs.
- To deactivate the pack, SMS (free) STOP and send it to 5000.
- 15% VAT applicable.
