National Relaxation Day is an annual event. Every year this day observed by the United States. National Relaxation Day will celebrate on 15th August 2019. This day to focus on taking care of ourselves and take a moment to relax. It was proposed by Sean Moeller of Clio, Michigan in 1985.
Mainly this day celebrates by using (hashtag) #NationalRelaxationDay to post on social media and spread the word. Like people update the status on FB, twitter, etc by adding some text about this day.
